Attended my 1st class, from the moment I walked through the door I felt so welcome. Really enjoyed the music and routines. Kate went through each routine 1st before the music started so you know the moves, the class is low impact but you still get an all over work out. You can sit or stand whichever is best for you, after class we all sat with a cup of tea or coffee (which Kate kindly provides) had a chat then headed home, really enjoyed the evening and can't wait for next week. For anyone thinking about coming along. I really recommend you do, you won't regret it
